This is the second time I had appointment with and I came for advice trusting I will be listen to and given appropriate advice. Always with kind smile on her face the patient feel than can trust her. Doctor Moldovan is always very knowledgeable and taking great care of her patients. I would always recommend her to another patients. I came worrying and left reassured that I was given the best advice.

It is so amazing to be greeted by your GP with a handshake and a friendly smile at the surgery reception area, and once in the treatment room I felt as though everything I said was listened to and any questions I asked were properly answered. I was conscious that Dr. Moldovan looked at me when I spoke to her and that she had noticeably turned in her seat to face me in a conversation. So many times a doctor will not give any eye contact with a patient, preferring to only look at the computer screen in front of them, even when you are speaking to them. However, on each of the three occasions that I have now seen Dr Moldovan, I feel that she really cares about what I am saying and is genuinely interested in me as a person, not just another number on the NHS list. My only wish is that all doctors at the surgery would be so approachable, and that Dr. Moldovan could be available at the Sunlight Centre on other days of the week.

As soon as I sat down in the doctor's room I felt at ease and despite the fact that my 74th birthday is fast approaching she began listening straight away about the problem I have which was refreshing as some GP's want you in and out again. She explained why and how my blood pressure was high. I have been keeping myself fit and healthy since I joined the Army in 1962 so I am disappointed about my high blood pressure. The doctor then told me that she wanted to monitor my blood pressure levels and I have purchased a machine to test it at my home and to then report back to her in the next week. She will then decide if I need to start with medication. I am very proud of my physical condition but if I have to have the medication then I feel confident in her decisions.
